Rattan Shoves Bedson Off Aces

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

A pot of around 40,000 had already developed between Daniel Bedson, Charles Chattha, and Nim Rattan as they went to the turn on a board of AJ810.

Bedson then bet 30,000 in early position and Chattha called on the button. Rattan came back with an all-in shove for 76,000.

Bedson tanked for a moment before folding, while Chattha also gave the decision some thought but also mucked as Rattan took down the pot.

"You were definitely third in that hand. I folded aces," Bedson told Chattha after the hand.

One King is Good For Welch, Two is Even Better

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Leo McClean raised to 5,500 in middle position and Min Ji called in the cutoff before button Mark Welch moved all in for 57,500. McClean asked Ji how much he had behind before calling, and Ji got out of the way.

Mark Welch: KK
Leo McClean: AA

Welch had run into a massive cooler near the end of the night as the 610Q flop left him on the verge of elimination. The turn, though, was the K and Welch made a set to take the lead.

The K came on the river for good measure and Welch made quads to lock up his double. McClean took a photo of the board before handing over the pot.

"Just in case," another tablemate said.

Wang Runs Into Wilson's Aces

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Chase Wilson put in a three-bet to 15,000 on the button and Lei Wang called in early position.

The flop came 8310 and Wilson moved all in for 50,000. Wang shook his head, but ultimately decided to call.

Chase Wilson: AA
Lei Wang: QJ

Wang only had a straight draw to go against Wilson's aces as the 7 fell on the turn. The river was the 2 and Wilson doubled up.

Matthew Eardley recently busted James Williams at his table to climb up to 230,000, while Leo McClean, Ludovic Geilich, Tom Middleton, and Mantas Buivydas were also recently eliminated as the bustouts are coming fast near the end of the night.

Kyffin Gets a Bet Off Vas Nunes

Level 14 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Heads-up on a flop of 10K3, Paul Vas Nunes bet 7,000 from the cutoff and Ian Kyffin called on the button.

Vas Nunes checked the K turn, then called when Kyffin bet 10,000. The river came the 2 and Vas Nunes checked again.

Kyffin checked back and turned over Q10, forcing Vas Nunes to send his cards into the muck.

The attention of most of the players in the room has shifted from the table as casino staff came around handing out free cups of strawberry ice cream at the end of the night.

Middleton Finds a Bag on the River

Level 14 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

On the last hand of the day, Tom Middleton was all in for 22,500 and up against Garry Wilson.

Tom Middleton: 106
Garry Wilson: 88

The board came 39JQ and Middleton was left needing help on the river to survive. "King one time," he yelled out, and the entire table--with the exception of Wilson--began celebrating when the K fell as Middleton made a straight.

"Sorry for your loss," Middleton said as he began bagging up his chips.
