Perfect Flop for Onisiforou
Level 17
: Blinds 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante
Timothy Chung opened to 11,000 in middle position and was called by Giorgos Onisiforou on the button and Fadhil Farag in the small blind. The flop came Q♣10♣8♣ which stirred on plenty of action.
Chung continued with a bet of 10,000 and Onisiforou just called. Farag check-raised to 45,000 which got Chung to send his cards to the muck. Onisiforou responded by shoving all in for 144,000 and Farag asked for a count before calling.
Giorgos Onisiforou: A♣5♣
Fadhil Farag: K♣2♣
It was flush over flush in the favor of Onisiforou and the 2♦, 8♥ runout was just a formality. Onisiforou scored a big double up and Farag was none to pleased about it.
