Mosquera Shows Cherry Queens
Level 4
: Blinds 100/300, 300 ante
Jonathan Roberts raised to 700 under the gun before Julian Mosquera three-bet to 1,600 in middle position. Jack Smith called on the button, as did Stephen Cherry in the small blind and Roberts.
Action checked to Mosquera on the 6♣3♦2♠ flop and he bet 3,000. Only Cherry called to see the K♣ turn, where Mosquera bet another 3,000. Cherry again called and the 5♦ fell on the river.
Both players checked this time and Mosquera turned over Q♥Q♣. Cherry mucked and Mosquera took down the big pot.
