Manley Gets Paid on the River
Level 2
: Blinds 100/100, 100 ante
Three-handed on a flop of K♥8♥9♦, Gilbert Black bet 1,200 from early position and Josh Manley called on the button, as did Joshua Radley in the big blind.
Action checked to Manley on the 3♥ turn and he bet 3,200. Only Black called and the A♠ fell on the river. Manley then bet 9,500 and Black again called.
Manley turned over Q♥J♥ for a flush and Black mucked.
"Would you fold to a shove?" tablemate Nick Eastwood asked Manley after the hand.
"Probably not," Manley replied.
