Daniels Wins Four-Bet Pot on Flop

Level 2 : Blinds 100/300, 300 ante

Jordan Daniels opened to 700 in middle position. Richard Horton called in the hijack, and S.S. did so on the button. Dale Wilson sat in the small blind, electing to bump the price up to 3,800.

Daniels deemed the amount insufficient, four-betting to 8,500 when it folded back to him. Horton and S.S. quickly got out of the way, but Wilson wanted to see a flop and called.

Wilson checked 6J7 over to Daniels, who continued with a bet of 7,000. Wilson's cards immediately hit the muck, seeing the sizable pot shipped to Daniels.

Carter Takes It on River

Level 2 : Blinds 100/300, 300 ante

Graham Carter raised to 800, getting P.S. and Csaba Kovacs along to a flop of 3A5. Kovacs checked from the blinds, after which Carter bet 1,000. P.S. called before Kovacs quickly mucked his cards.

Carter doubled the prize to 2,000 on the 8 turn. P.S. tossed in more calling chips, but the anonymous player eventually folded when Carter bet 3,000 on the 6 river.

Sahnan Not Intimidated by Check-Raise

Level 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Harish Sahnan opened to 500 under the gun. Ding Fan called in the next seat over, and Richard Horton and Andrew Lewis came along from the cutoff and button, respectively.

M.B. also tossed in a call from the small blind as the five players went to the 962 flop. Sahnan tossed in a continuation-bet of 1,000, which folded out the next two players.

Lewis upped the ante to 3,500, however, which only Sahnan called. Sahnan took back the initiative on the A turn, firing 5,000 into the middle.

Lewis confirmed the amount before he called, but he quickly folded when Sahnan doubled his bet to 10,000 on the A river.
