Clock Nearly Runs Out on Harada Before a Big Double

Florens Feenstra raised to 6,000 under the gun before Kokoro Harada three-bet to 17,000 in middle position. Feenstra called, and they went heads-up to the 8♠4♥6♣ flop.

Harada then bet 8,500, and Feenstra raised to 20,000. Harada called to the A♣ turn as Feenstra checked over to him. Harada bet 18,000, and Feenstra came back with another raise. making it 75,000.

Harada spent several minutes in the tank before another tablemate called the clock. Harada eventually moved all in for 97,000, and Feenstra called.

Harada had 10♦10♠, while Feenstra had 9♣8♣ for a pair and flush draw. The Q♦ river was safe for Harada, and he doubled up.

EA raised to 6,000 in middle position and was called by Ian Simpson in the cutoff, Josep Valls in the small blind, and Terry Jordon in the big blind.

"We're going to get some of Simpson's chips," Jordon said.

"No you're not," Simpson replied.

All four players checked to the turn on a board of 9♦J♥Q♣10♦, where Jordon bet 3,000. Only Simpson called.

Jordon checked the 2♠ river and Simpson bet 12,000. "Do you have a king, Mr. Simpson?" Jordon asked as he called.

"Four diamonds," Simpson replied, showing 7♦6♦ for a missed flush draw. Jordon turned over 8♣3♣ for a straight to win the pot.

"What were you two playing? We had all the trash cards," Simpson said to EA and Valls.
