The turn was the J and the middle-position player bet 5,000. Gonzalez again called, and the Q fell on the river. The middle-position player then moved all in for 10,000, and Gonzalez snap-called.

Gonzalez showed 44 for a flopped set, while his opponent tossed AK into the muck and made his way to the rail.

The river was the 10 and Novick moved all in for 26,000. The cutoff called, and Novick showed 22 for a set. His opponent flashed an ace before mucking as Novick doubled up.

Vivian Saliba rejoined the field shortly after the break, while Jesus Ramos also fired another bullet. At the same table as Novick, Chang Tan, who was the Day 1 chip leader of last year's event, is sitting with around 170,000.
