Defending Champ Ian Simpson and the Rest of the Team Back for Another Edition of the 888poker Live Madrid Main Event
A year ago, Ian Simpson made history when he became the first team ambassador to capture a trophy in the €888 888poker Live Madrid Main Event.
Simpson’s victory over a field of 403 entries last January ignited a celebration among the entire team who made the trip to the luxurious Casino Gran Via in the heart of the Spanish capital. Now he and the rest of his fellow pros will be joined by hundreds of other hopefuls as another edition of the popular stop kicks off with Day 1a at 4 p.m. local time.
