Perez-Dosio Finds a Call For a Bustout
Level 9
: Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Heads-up on a board of 4♥4♦5♦9♣, a player in the big blind bet 10,500 and Carlos Perez-Dosio called in early position.
The river was the K♠ and the big blind moved all in. Perez-Dosio spent a minute in the tank before calling, and his opponent could only show 6♥2♥ for a bluff. Perez-Dosio turned over 8♥8♣ to win the pot.
The stacks were counted down and Perez-Dosio barely had his opponent's remaining 27,000 covered, earning him the knockout.
