Barone Fires Three Bullets at Palomares
Level 6
: Blinds 300/500, 500 ante
Aaron Barone raised to 1,000 in early position and Abdelardo Palomares and Abraham Serrano called in the blinds.
The flop came J♦10♣4♣ and Barone continued for 2,000. Only Palomares called, and the 3♥ fell on the turn. Barone then bet 10,500, and Palomares again called.
Barone bet 10,500 once more on the 9♥ river, and Palomares called. Barone then showed 4♠4♦ for a set. "I was about to bluff," Palomares said as he mucked.
"I wished you would," Barone replied.
