Jake Collins Eliminated in 7th Place (€10,300)
Level 25
: Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Jake Collins raised to 160,000 under the gun and Martin Pardo called in the big blind.
Both players checked the 9♦8♠4♠ flop. Collins then bet 350,000 on the A♣ turn, and Pardo came back with an all-in shove.
Collins leaned back in his chair and let out a sigh before calling for 940,000. He showed A♦Q♠ for top pair, but Pardo had flopped two pair with 9♥8♥.
"I would do the same," Pardo consoled Collins, who needed help on the river but missed the 3♦ as the Brit, who qualified for this event online and had already secured his first-ever live cash, was eliminated in seventh place.
