Gordo Gets Paid by Wu
Level 27
: Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
Daniel Wu raised to 250,000 on the button with A♠6♦ and Raul Gordo called in the big blind.
Wu continued for 200,000 on the K♦8♥5♥ flop, and Gordo folded 10♠6♠ as Wu took the pot to climb above 10,000,000.
The next hand, Gordo and Wu saw a flop of 6♠5♣2♠ in a limped pot between the blinds when Wu bet 120,000. Gordo called, and they both checked the 3♦ turn.
Gordo led out for 550,000 on the A♠ river, and Wu called with 5♦3♥ for two pair. Gordo, though, showed 6♥4♥ for a straight to win the pot.
