Day 2 Completed

"Instinctym" Leads Day 3 with More than 3.7 Million

The Day 3 field for the $500,000 Main Event is now set with the final table of nine ready to go on Tuesday. The action on the final day gets going at 15:00 ET and the player with the best chance at the more than $70,000 top prize is chip leader "Instinctym" from Moldova. They built a stack of 3,723,813 after playing through a Day 1 field of 2,173 entries, and 294 returning Day 2 players.

In the end, they were playing for just a bit more than the $500,000 guarantee with $510,655 in total prizes. The most recent eliminations earned more than $5,000, but with $70,521 up top, the remaining players still have a shot at big money.

Among the deep runs today was 888poker streamer Jordan "BanfieldJ" Banfield. The Canadian made Day 2 and battled up until the final three tables, but ultimately fell in 27th place for $1,838.
