Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Brown: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}

Brown woke up with the granddaddy of all hands and held when the board ran out {j-Hearts}{5-Spades}{4-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{6-Hearts}.

Haselton's Baby Pair Can't Hold

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Jen Haselton moved all in for around 100,000 from the cutoff and she was called by Jon Godwin on the button. The blinds folded and the two hands were tabled face up.

Jon Godwin: {a-Clubs}{j-Spades}
Jen Haselton: {3-Spades}{3-Hearts}

The flop came {j-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{9-Hearts} to give Godwin the lead with a pair of jacks. The {5-Diamonds} on the turn nor the {7-Clubs} on the river could improve Haselton as she was ousted.

Brutal Runout Sends Norman to the Rail

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Edie Jo Norman
Edie Jo Norman

Edie Jo Norman moved all in for 56,000 under the gun and Hyndi Khomutetsky, who was next to act, three-bet to 156,000. The rest of the players folded and the cooler was unveiled.

Norman: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}
Khomutetsky: {k-Diamonds}{k-Spades}

Norman was primed to double especially after the {j-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{6-Spades} flop gave her a set and left Khomutetsky looking for runner-runner.

The {Q-Spades} turn was a great card for Khomutetsky giving her both straight and flush draws, and much to the dismay of Norman, the latter draw came in when the {5-Spades} spiked on the river.

The River Eliminates Zachow

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Andra Zachow opened to 30,000 in middle position and Landon Brown eyed up her stack from the big blind. Brown announced all in and Zachow quickly called off her last 205,000 chips.

Landon Brown: {q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}
Andra Zachow: {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}

The flop came {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{j-Hearts} to give Brown plenty of potential although Zachow still held the lead. The {6-Diamonds} on the turn changed nothing but the {k-Hearts} on the river gave Brown a straight in order to eliminate Zachow.

Fun Runout Keeps Bercot Alive

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Anthony Dianaty opened to 30,000 in early position and Troy Bercot shipped all in for around 160,000 just a couple of seats over. The action folded back to Dianaty who thought for a minute before sticking in the call.

Troy Bercot: {k-Diamonds}{q-Spades}
Anthony Dianaty: {a-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}

The flop came {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{8-Hearts} giving everyone the impression that it was all but over with Bercot flopping trips. However, the {10-Diamonds} on the turn made things interesting giving Dianaty a straight draw. The {k-Hearts} hit the river to make Dianaty's straight and half of the table thought he won, until they realized that Bercot made a full house to double up.

Dianaty Flushes Minyard

Level 21 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Michael Minyard raised to 46,000 from the cutoff only to have Anthony Dianaty three-bet all in from the small blind. Minyard snap-called off the 175,000 or so he had back and the hands were turned up.

Minyard: {q-Clubs}{j-Clubs}
Dianaty: {a-Hearts}{4-Clubs}

The {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} flop gave Minyard the lead, but Dianaty did pair his four and picked up a flush draw on the {5-Hearts} turn. It came in too when the {6-Hearts} spiked on the river to send Minyard out the door in 22nd place for $740.

Hyndi Khomutetsky raised it from the cutoff and Mike Taylor defended from the big blind. The flop came {10-Clubs}{9-Spades}{5-Spades} and both players checked to the {9-Clubs} on the turn.

Taylor checked again and Khomutetsky put in a small bet of 18,000. Taylor countered with a small raise to 40,000 and Khomutetsky called. The river was the {3-Diamonds} and Taylor led out for 50,000. Khomutetsky quickly called and Taylor showed {10-Spades}{9-Diamonds} for a full house and raked in the pot.
