The $550 Main Event at Jamul Casino may be the capstone tournament of the Ante Up Poker Tour stop, but it isn’t the only event that’s taken place. There have been a slew of side tournaments, and we thought we’d take a quick look at each.
For instance, in the Ante Up Sweetwater Series Event #2: $150 NLH w/ $50 Bounties, 34 entrants created a $2,550 prize pool with $1,700 being paid out in bounties.
Only the top five got paid including Neil Rodvold (5th - $204), Sandor Molnar (4th - $281), and Juan Boner (3rd - $383).
In the end the title came down to David Para and Ronald Segni with the former ultimately coming out on top to win a $1,040 top prize. Segni had to settle for second place and $638 in prize money.

One recent hand saw Lupo open to 1,500 from the hijack, with Mike Brady three-betting to 6,800 from the small blind. Lupo called, bringing the flop of

Brady checked, Lupo bet 5,000 and Brady called. The turn brought the , and Brady check-folded to a 10,000 bet from Lupo.
A couple of hands later, Brady and Lupo got into it again, with Brady opening to 1,300 from the cutoff, and Lupo calling from the big blind. Brady continued for 1,800 on the 
flop, with Lupo calling.
Both players checked the turn. Lupo bet 5,000 on the 
river, and Brady called. Lupo showed down 
for the bottom end of the straight, and he's built the bigges stack in the room as the early levels of Day 1a continue.
