Five-handed action has been quite slow.
There has been a couple of walks and one of the few flops we saw was in a hand between Nathan Gubieski and Nicolas Oger. Gubieski had opened the button to 32,000 and Oger called from the big blind. On the flop, Oger check-folded to a bet of 24,000.
Nicolas Oger has just taken down a handy pot against Amant Nauhria.
Picking up the action on the river of a board, Nauhria had led out for 45,000 into a pot of around 100,000. Oger tanked for quite some time before making the call. Nauhria mucked as Oger showed .
Paul Gahan has just managed to double up versus Amant Nauhria.
It was on a flop that all the chips went in.
Nauhria check-raised to 95,000 after Gahan bet 40,000. Back Gahan and he moved all in for 238,000. Nauhria made the call and Gahan was at risk.

Nauhria:
Both players had a straight draw, but Gahan was well ahead as Nauhria called for a four.
The turn was safe for Gahan, while the river meant he had doubled to around 550,000.
Nauhria is still going strong with a seven-figure stack, but for the first time at the final table he is no longer the chip leader.

Lim led out with a bet of 80,000 and Gahan again deliberated over the decision before making a frustrated fold. Lim gave a wry smile as he raked in the pot to further his chip lead. He’s up to 1.35 million in chips.

Five has become four but it took a massive cooler and a one-outer to do it!
It was a battle of the blinds with Nicolas Oger clashing with David Lim with all the chips in preflop. Oger held but he’d run into Lim’s .
The dealer spread the flop, and there it was, the ace from space on the flop. Oger had taken the lead and Lim was looking for some sort of miracle. The turn card was a blank and Lim now had only one card in the deck or Oger would double through.
With the crowd leaning over the rail in anticipation, the dealer burned a card and then revealed the !
The case king for the one-outer! The crowd roared in excitement as Oger had gone from jubilation to heartbreak in an instant. He’s out in 5th place for NZ$26,265 in prize money as Lim now has a stranglehold on this tournament with almost half the chips in play.
