Hand-for-hand play lasted 20 minutes before Minh Hau Nguyen bubbled the ANZPT Melbourne main event.
The action started with Nguyen raising to 10,000 before Kenn Langcake bumped it up to 25,000. With the decision back on Nguyen, he moved all in for around 100,000 in chips, and was snap called.

Langcake:
The board ran out to see Nguyen eliminated in the final hand of play.
Langcake may have captured the eventual chip lead after winning that hand.

After almost eight 60-minute levels and dozens of bust outs, the 2015 ANZPT Melbourne Main Event reached the money on Day 2.
The last level of the day was hectic with play slowing down for hand-for-hand play to determine who would bubble the event. That title would go to Australian poker pro Minh Hau Nguyen. He got involved in a betting war preflop with Kenn Langcake and was in trouble when his pocket kings came up against pocket aces. No help would come and Nguyen would hit the rail resulting in the remaining 63 players all guaranteeing themselves $3,200 for their efforts.
Several players were in contention for the end-of-day chip lead throughout the final two levels including [Removed:415] (422,000), Sam Higgs (416,000) and start-of-day chip leader Hyeong Wook Choi (401,500), but it would be Langcake who would steal the show in the final hand to finish on 440,500 in chips.
The four aforementioned players are well ahead of the pack that includes such notables as Jim Psaros (277,500), Van Marcus (239,500), PokerStars Team Pro Chen-An Lin (238,500), Manny Stavropolous (186,000), Aleks Brkovic (166,000), Ben Savage (101,500), Danny Boxell (88,000) and Liam O’Rourke (44,500).
While 63 players have made it through to Day 3, exactly 178 players had to hit the rail, all missing out on cashing in the final ANZPT stop ever. Some of those who were eliminated include Michael Kanaan, Dean Blatt, Luke Edwards, Adrain Attenborough, Michael Guzzardi, Jesse McKenzie, James Obst, Joe and Tony Hachem, Anthony Legg, Sam Razavi and Jackie Glazier.
Players will now return tomorrow and play a third day until they reach the final table, where each will guarantee themselves at least $34,650 in prize money. The action is set to begin at 12:30 p.m. local time and PokerNews will once again be in the Crown Poker Room providing live updates throughout the day! Be sure to join us, and we'll see you then!
