De Cesare Takes One from Guzzardi

and De Cesare checked. Guzzardi bet 550 and was called.

The turn brought the {8-Spades}

and De Cesare checked again. Guzzardi fired another bullet, one worth 1,025. Again, he was called.

The river was the {4-Clubs}

and De Cesare led for 3,000. Guzzardi tanked, smiled and mucked his hand. He's down to 26,500. De Cesare is up to 34,000.

If you're unfamiliar with De Cesare, she was the recent winner of Australian's The Poker Star. She won the AUD $500 Joe Hachem Deep Stack Series 3 Main Event for AUD $77,500 in November of 2009 and also placed second in an Aussie Millions event in 2009.
