Brendon Rubie moved all in on the feature table for 123,500. He was called by Konstantin Bücherl. Rubie held the {7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}, but had his diamonds nutted as Bücherl tabled the {A-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}.

Rubie found some luck when the {7-Clubs} appeared on the {8-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{2-Hearts} flop. The turn was the {K-Hearts} and the river the {3-Spades}. Rubie doubled to about 270,000 or so while Bücherl slipped back to 300,000.

From the cutoff seat, Roland de Wolfe raised to 25,000. Craig Bourke called from the big blind and the flop came down {6-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{2-Hearts}. Bourke check-called a bet of 30,000 from de Wolfe before the two saw the {K-Hearts} fall on the turn.

After both players checked the turn, the {Q-Spades} completed the board on the river. Bourke led with a bet of 50,000 and de Wolfe folded. De Wolfe drapped to 620,000 while Bourke increased to 500,000.

Jacks for de Wolfe

George Moussa opened to 26,000 from under the gun and Roland de Wolfe called next to act, as did Andrew Stergiotis from the big blind.

On a flop of {10-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}, Moussa fired out a continuation-bet of 19,000 with de Wolfe making the call as Stergiotis folded.

The turn of the {Q-Clubs} was greeted by a bet of 34,000 from Moussa with de Wolfe again smooth-calling as the river landed the {4-Hearts}.

Moussa fired out 39,000 and de Wolfe made the call tabling his {J-Clubs}{J-Hearts}.

Moussa mucked while slipping to 200,000 as de Wolfe climbs to 700,000 in chips.

Vakili Takes One from Negreanu

Reza Vakili raised to 22,000 from middle position and Daniel Negreanu three-bet to 56,000 from the button. Action got back to Vakili and he made the call.

The flop came down {8-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{5-Spades} and both players checked. The turn brought the {8-Clubs} and Vakili fired 75,000. Negreanu quickly folded and Vakili won the pot.

Choi Doubles Through Negreanu

Level 18 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Antoine Amourette opened from under the gun with a raise to 22,000. Action folded to Team PokerStars Pro Daniel Negreanu and he three-bet to 52,000. In Wook Choi moved all in for 180,000 from the big blind and that knocked Amourette out of the way. Negreanu quickly made the call.

Negreanu held two overs to Choi's queens with the {A-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}. The flop, turn and river ran out {9-Hearts}{6-Spades}{3-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{9-Spades} to give Choi the double and bump him to about 390,000 in chips. Negreanu was kicked back to 325,000.

Andrew Stergiotis Eliminated in 19th Place (A$15,610)

Andrew Stergiotis moved all in for 106,000 from under the gun. Manuel Hansimikali called from the button and Craig Bourke called from the big blind.

The flop came down {J-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} and Hansimikali moved all in for 386,000 after Bourke checked. Bourke folded, showing the {K-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}. He laid down two overs and a straight draw, leaving Hansimikali's {A-Clubs}{A-Spades} up against the {A-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} for Stergiotis.

The turn was the {2-Spades} and the river the {7-Spades} to keep Hansimikali's aces best and bust Stergiotis in 19th place. Hansimikali moved to 720,000 in chips.
