Burns and Tureniec Fold

Level 2 : 100/200, 0 ante

Following a raise to 400, Kahle Burns three-bet the button to 625 and Michael Tureniec called from the small blind along with the pre flop raiser.

Burns continued for 800 on the {5-Spades}{K-Clubs}{7-Spades} flop with both players calling as the {A-Spades} was checked through.

The river of the {3-Clubs} saw Tureniec check as the unknown player bet 1,300. Burns and Tureniec quickly folded.

Zhou Gives Some Back

Level 2 : 100/200, 0 ante

Yifan Zheng opened for 500 from early position and Xing Zhou called from middle position. Jian Yang then came along from the big blind and three players saw a flop of {j-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}. Yang checked, Zheng bet 800, and only Zhou called, which led to the {2-Diamonds} turn.

Zheng tossed out another bet, this time 1,600, and it did the job as Zhou, who is down a bit since the last time we checked in on him, released his hand.

Kurita Sends Yu to the Rail

Level 2 : 100/200, 0 ante

A preflop raising war resulted in Ryan Nan Yu getting his chips in holding the {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} and racing against the {10-Spades}{10-Hearts} of Yu Kurita. According to the PokerNews Odds Calculator, Karita was a 56.76% favorite while Yu would come from behind 42.86% of the time.

The {8-Spades}{3-Clubs}{5-Clubs} flop was as dry as could be for Yu, and his chances of survival dropped to 25.56%. The {3-Hearts} turn just about cut it in half to 13.64%, which meant he needed either an ace or queen on the river to stay alive. The dealer burned one last time and put out the {4-Hearts}. Yu missed, quickly gathered his things, and made a beeline toward the exit.
