Ken Okada opened from the small blind to 8,000, Pete Chen called in the big blind and the flop came down

Takuya Suzuki and Tetsuro Tomito clashed before the flop and the former ended up all in with the superior hand.

flop gave Tomita a ton of outs, and the gasps grew louder as the 
rolled off on the turn to give Tomita a royal flush and Suzuki a story to tell. A meaningless

Yunye Lu had previously four-bet all in for 112,000 out of the big blind when facing an open-raise to 7,500, a call and a three-bet to 27,500 by Gang Wang. All opponents including Wang folded, but Lu and Wang would clash again soon after.
With plenty of chips in the middle and the turn showing 
, Lu jammed into Wang and was quickly called. Lu tabled 
for a gutshot, and Wang had 
for a set. The river was a blank and the stacks were counted. Wang scored a full double, Lu had 500 chips left and busted right after.
Valeriy Pak opened to 7,000 from the hijack, Michael Soyza three-bet to 26,000 in the small blind and Pak called. The flop came 
and Soyza bet 19,000.
Pak called and the dealer flipped over a 
on the turn. Soyza pushed in 35,000 and Pak folded, sending an early pot to Soyza.
On a flop of 
, Georges Georgiou checked out of the big blind and Weiran Pu from under the gun continued for 11,000. Georgiou check-raised to 41,000 for most of his stack and called off the jam by Pu.

Picking up the action on the 
turn, Taehoon Han checked and called a bet of 20,000 by Tetsuya Enoki to check again the on the river. Enoki now made it 25,000 to go and once Han called, Enoki rolled over 
for trips sixes and won a healthy pot in the first level of Day 2.
Weiran Pu opened to 7,000 from the cutoff, James Won Lee three-bet to 21,000 in the small blind and Pu called. The dealer fanned out 
on the flop and Lee pushed in a bet of 23,000.
Pu moves all in and Lee quickly called for his remaining 50,000. Lee turned over 
for jacks over fours and Pu tabled 
for the same two pair but with a higher kicker.
The 
came down on the turn and Lee would need to hit to stay alive. A 
fell on the river and changed nothing as Pu took down the pot, eliminating Lee from the tournament.
Jiabin Wang was among the early casualties, having started the day as one of the bigger stacks, and Chin Wei Lim was kind enough to provide the details.
According to Lim, a preflop raising war broke out in a battle button versus big blind. Ta Wei Tou had raised to 7,000 and Wang clicked to 25,000. Tou four-bet to 58,000 and called the shove with ace-king to win the flip against pocket jacks.
After a raise to 6,500 by Chi Hung Ho, Dongsheng Peng moved all in for 48,500 and Kentaro Somekawa in the small blind reshoved to isolate successfully.
