Wang Doubles Through Lu

Level 14 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Yunye Lu had previously four-bet all in for 112,000 out of the big blind when facing an open-raise to 7,500, a call and a three-bet to 27,500 by Gang Wang. All opponents including Wang folded, but Lu and Wang would clash again soon after.

With plenty of chips in the middle and the turn showing {10-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}, Lu jammed into Wang and was quickly called. Lu tabled {a-Hearts}{k-Spades} for a gutshot, and Wang had {7-Diamonds}{7-Spades} for a set. The {5-Clubs} river was a blank and the stacks were counted. Wang scored a full double, Lu had 500 chips left and busted right after.

Tomita's Royal Flush Busts Suzuki

Level 14 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Takuya Suzuki
Takuya Suzuki

Takuya Suzuki and Tetsuro Tomito clashed before the flop and the former ended up all in with the superior hand.

Takuya Suzuki: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}
Tetsuro Tomita: {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}

The {j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} flop gave Tomita a ton of outs, and the gasps grew louder as the {a-Diamonds} rolled off on the turn to give Tomita a royal flush and Suzuki a story to tell. A meaningless {7-Diamonds} came on the river and Suzuki headed to the rail.

Hibuse Among Casualties

Level 14 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Emi Hibuse and Yuri Ishida
Emi Hibuse and Yuri Ishida

Emi Hibuse is no longer in contention and walked over to Yuri Ishida to explain her exit, which appears to have been ace-ten versus ace-jack. Table 10 has seen two other players bust including Kunimaro Kojo and Cheng How Pan.

The cards of Pan were already in the muck and he couldn't beat the {2-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} of Dajia Chen for a full house on the {7-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{6-Spades}{q-Spades} board.

Tran Scoops with Kings, Sends Two Home

Level 15 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Linh Tran
Linh Tran

Jinwoo Kim opened from late position, Linh Tran called in the cutoff and Yue Liu three-bet to 36,000 on the button. Kongzhi Hou called his last 30,500 in the big blind, Kim folded and Tran four-bet to 100,000.

Liu thought for a couple of minutes but in the end, would move all in for 157,000 and Tran snap-called, players turned over their hands.

Kongzhi Hou: {j-Hearts}{10-Clubs}
Yue Liu: {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}
Linh Tran: {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}

The dealer fanned out {6-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{9-Spades} on the flop and Tran was still ahead with his kings. The {q-Diamonds} on the turn and {3-Hearts} on the river changed nothing as Tran scooped the pot, eliminating both of his opponents with kings.
