Li Gives One Up

Bjorn Li burst onto the scene last year this past January when he finished sixth in the Aussie Millions Main Event. Li took home A$230,000 and showed that his agressive style was very effective. Li is doing well again here on Day 2, but he just gave up a little pot to Andrew Scott.

It seemed as though Li had three-bet his opponent from the blinds, and Scott called the extra 2,300 before the dealer brought out {9-Spades}{K-Clubs}{7-Spades}.

Li fired out 3,925 on the flop and Scott made the call. On the turn the {J-Clubs} hit and both players checked. The river was the {9-Diamonds} and Li checked again. Scott casually threw out 5,000 and Li tossed his cards into the muck.
