Sato Cops a Penalty

Kazuhiro Sato raises to 12,000 and Carlo Gosselin reraises to 32,000. Before other players have acted Sato announces that he is all-in and the floor is called for a ruling.

Tournament Director Danny McDonagh explains that Sato's raise is binding unless an intervening player bets more.

. At the completion of the hand Danny McDonagh informed Sato that he would receive a one-round penalty.
