With the World Series of Poker getting ready to begin, we were a little surprised to see JP Kelly taking his seat. We overhead him say he's been playing cash. He wasn't going to play in the event, until he found out the field has over 50 players. With two WSOP bracelets and over $2 million in live earnings, Kelly is certain to do well today.
Straight of his 30th place in The Main Event, Peter Chan took his seat in The High Roller. Unfortunately he didn't fare as well here. He was all in with ![]()

We didn't catch all the preflop betting action but we did see a bet of 7,200 in front of Nick Wong, a call from Devan Tang, a raise of 22,500 in front of Chen Wang and the action on Allan Bedwick.
Bedwick made the call and the action was back on Wong who moved all in. Tang folded and Wang moved all in and had Wong covered. Bedwick folded, albeit reluctantly and the hands were tabled.
