Tony Dunst will not be wanting to add more chips to Lunardi's stack
Kristian Lunardi has jumped out into the chip lead after playing a big pot against Tony Dunst.
We caught action on the river, with the board reading . Lunardi had just fired out a 60,000 chip bet and Dunst was pondering the call.
In the end he opted to make the call, but mucked when Lunardi showed for trips.
Lunardi moves up to 365,000 and drops Dunst to 122,000 in the process.
Daniel Neilson has crippled Michael Greco. Greco made a great start to the morning before clashing with Neilson in a huge pot.
We got there at the river, on a board. Neilson fired out 35,000 and Greco made the call. Neilson tabled for an Ace high flush, something apparently that Greco didn't want to see, because he mucked.
On a flop of Anton Bertilsson check-raised all in for around 50,500 over a 15,000 chip bet from Michael Spilkin. Spilkin called tabling to lead Bertilsson's .
The turn did look like overkill, but it was just as well because the river was the which would have saved Bertilsson.
Anton Bertilsson is eliminated in 16th place because Jeff Ahmadi went out in 17th.
We're very nearly down to two tables with the recent eliminations of Eoin Kennedy and Vincent Van Der Fluit.
We caught Kennedy's elimination at the hand of Tony Dunst. Dunst had for a flopped full book on the flop. While Kennedy had for flopped trips. Of course all the money went in, and Dunst maintained control with the turn and river .
Eoin Kennedy is eliminated in 15th place, while Vincent Van Der Fluit is out in 14th place. Both players earn $6,125 AUD.
Preflop, Damon Lum opened to 4,200, with Michael Spilkin popping it up to 10,000. Lum called. The flop came both players checked. The turn was the and Lum bet 10,000 which Spilkin called.
The river saw Lum fire out 50,000 and Spilkin come over the top all in covering Lum. Lum called for the around 109,600 he had behind.
Lum: for a straight.
Spilkin: for trips.
