Barny Boatman opened the pot with a raise and Leo Boxell was the lone caller.
The flop came down and Boatman fired a continuation bet that was called by Boxell. Both players checked when the fell on the turn and the river brought the , which gave Boatman -- holding -- the second nuts.
Boatman checked the river, in an apparent attempt to get Boxell to take a stab at it, but Boxell checked behind, tabling a pocket pair of nines.
"Ahh, why didn't you bet?!" Boatman asked, as he raked in the small pot.
Trung Tran has taken a hit, after raising preflop from late position, and firing bets on the flop and turn, before checking down the river against a player in the small blind.
The board read and Tran could only show a pair of sixes as his opponent took it down with for a pair of tens. Tran slips to 3,300.
Steve Topakas has recently been moved to Martin Comer's table and it didn't take long for the two of them to mix it up.

The river brought the and Comer quickly fired again. Seat five called, and when the action reached Topakas, Comer warned, "Take it easy! Don't do anything too hasty!"
Topakas took the bait and put in a raise. Comer fired right back, three-betting to 300. At this, both seat five and Topakas surrendered, giving the pot to Comer.
"Are you getting this? Watch this bad beat," joked Comer in the direction of one of our field reporters.
Comer tabled for a full house.
"He (Topakas) tried to bluff me!" said Comer as he raked in the pot.
Gary Benson arrived a little while ago and finds himself seated at an interesting table with Richard Holmes, George Cotaidis, Karib Karib and fellow Australian Poker Hall of Fame member Mel Judah.
