The turn card was the {5-Spades} and Payne fired 50,000. Karamalikis was right there to make the call.

The river card was the {A-Diamonds} and Payne fired another 60,000. Karamalikis called once more and showed {A-Clubs} {J-Clubs}. Payne held {A-Hearts} {4-Clubs}.

Karamalikis moved back up to 730,000 while Payne dropped to 610,000.

One of those was Julian Powell and he told Levy, "That was the worst fold in history, you don't deserve to be here." referencing an earlier situation where Levy made a fold that Powell disagreed with. Whether or not it was the correct fold, Levy is still going strong at the final table.
