Under the gun would make it 6,500, managing a caller from the button, at which point play came to Jonathan "xMONSTERxDONGx" Karamalikis in the small blind. Karamalikis had 50,000 behind and decided to shove. The Under the Gun would call and the button get out of the way. Karamalikis' would have to sweat out his tournament life.
Karamalikis:
UTG:
Karamalikis would need some help. Help which would not come, with the board running out blanks. Karamalikis was sent home just two tables shy of the money.
With the first level still with ten minutes to play out, 35 players have already bit the dust, leaving just two more tables until the money bubble. Expect play to tighten up as the money draws nearer.
Costas Argirou has started to wield his big stack, moving up to 200,000 after making it 8,800 to go preflop and facing a three-bet to 21,200 from a late postion player. Thinking for a moment Argirou popped it to 66,200 and forced his opponent out of the pot.
Nikolaos Konstandellos put in alot of his chips when this hand played out.
The under the gun player limped and a middle position player made the call. Play then on Konstandellos on the button, he raised to 27,000. Under the gun folds and the middle position player then moves allin for around 99,000. Konstandellos snap-calls quicker then you can say Konstandellos.

Board:
The eight on the turn giving Konstandellos the straight.
Talking about the hand after, David Morton was sitting to Konstandellos' left, whereby with a smile, gestured to Konstandellos, "Snap call!? I mean i guess, when you've got the goods, you've got the goods!"
Andrew Hinrichsen is out, while Jessica Dawley is now short-stacked after either a read-gone-wrong or a little bit of a brain snap.
Hinrichsen moved all-in for his remaining 21,400 from under the gun +1, Dawley smooth called from the button and the small blind player also would see a flop. Hinrichsen at risk, with Dawley and one opponent to play out the hand.
Flop:
The small blind player led out for 25,00, at which point Dawley moved all-in, having her opponent covered. A call and two players were at risk.
Hinrichsen:
Dawley:
SB:
The turn and river brought no help for Hinrichsen and Dawley, with Hinrichsen sent home and Dawley left short with 25,000.
Mark Segal is no longer with us, as he moved his short stack all-in from the cut-off holding . His opponent in the big blind held and would send Segal home when the board bricked.
The play was folded to the hi-jack, who made it 13,500. Troy Harris made it 30,000 on the button and the blinds got out of the way.
The flop came and with it two checks.
Turn:
The hi-jack player led for 20,000 and Harris moved all-in for 60,000 more. Call and one card to come.
Harris:
H-J:
The on the river meant Harris took down the pot and moves up to just over 180,000.
After the hand , one of the blinds said he folded , apparently suggesting that Harris could only have aces leaving himself that much behind. Poker players never lie so take it as gospel.
