The second heat of the Full Tilt Poker $25,000 Shootout Invitational is in the books. Given that the first heat was finished in about three hours, this was a marathon. The final two players left at the end of the night were Patrik Antonius and James Bord.

Thing got under way after a late start (we won't name names, but a couple of players were rather late), and after three levels of play, our first elimination had occured. Phil Ivey fell at the hands of James Bord.

Two levels later, David Benyamine exited, thanks to Patrik Antonius. We then lost Andrew Feldman, Jonathan Karamalikis, and Nikolay Evdakov, in that order. Three handed play was very interesting, thanks to Billy Argyros' table theatrics. They won't be moving on to the final table however, as he was ousted in third place.

Patrik Antonius and James Bord will be taking their chips, 67,600 and 132,400 respectively into the final table which is set to kick off Friday at 7:00 p.m. local time. Keep it locked to the Live Reporting Blog for all the action from this event and more here at the 2011 Aussie Millions.
