Koral Off to a Fast Start

We're just over halfway done with the first level and Tom Koral is off to a great start. In a recent hand, there was about 2,200 in the pot and a board reading {A-Diamonds} {3-Spades} {4-Diamonds} {10-Diamonds} {10-Clubs} when Koral checked to his opponent in the cutoff. The later bet 1,300 and after some brief debate, most likely on whether to raise or not, Koral made the call.
