Goodbye Gorr

From under the gun, David Gorr raised to 2,400 with the blinds at 400/800/100. Tony Bloom defended with a call from the big blind and the flop came down {A-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{7-Spades}. Bloom checked and Gorr fired 5,600. Bloom took some time and then check-raised all in. Gorr called and put himself at risk.

Gorr tabled the {A-Diamonds}{Q-Spades} for aces and sevens with a queen kicker. Bloom held the {J-Clubs}{7-Clubs} for trip sevens.

The turn brought the {8-Clubs} and river the {3-Diamonds}. Both kept Bloom in the lead and sent Gorr out the door in sixth place.

Internet Woes

We've been experiencing some massive Internet issues for the past hour or so, which has caused our updates to be minimal at the best. Apologies for the lack of updates. Hopefully the Internet opts to cooperate for us while we keep on chugging through.

Hansen Busts Scott

Gus Hansen raised to 1,200 with the blinds at 200/400/50. Stewart Scott called and Jamil Dia called. From there, the flop came down {J-Spades}{7-Spades}{2-Hearts} and Hansen bet 2,200. Scott called, while Dia folded.

The turn brought the {9-Spades} to the board and Hansen bet 5,125. Scott raised all in for around 30,000 and Hansen snap-called with the {A-Spades}{2-Spades}. Scott held the {7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}.

The river card was the {8-Spades} and Hansen's flush held up to bust Scott.
