Brammer Doubles Opponent

The action folded to a player in the small blind, who moved all in for his last 7,500 or so. Christopher Brammer sweat his cards, and quickly called.

Opponent: {j-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}
Brammer: {10-Hearts}{10-Spades}

The {a-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} flop gave the player a pair of sevens, the turn ({3-Spades}) was a brick, and the {j-Spades} spiked on the river. The player successfully doubled through Brammer, who dropped down to around

From under the gun, Phil Ivey raised to 1,500. The player in the next seat reraised and made it 4,500 to go. Play folded back to Ivey, and he glanced at his opponent, then four-bet to 20,500. His opponent quickly folded, and Ivey won the pot.

Korman Down

Sam Korman has been knocked down to around 82,000 chips, and that's even after we just saw him win quite the pot.

The flop read {Q-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{3-Spades} when Billy Argyros and Sam Korman both had 4,000 chips in front of them. A third player put in a raise to 16,000 and Argyros folded. Korman made the call, and the turn brought the {2-Clubs}. Korman fired out 14,000 and his opponent gave it some thought before folding his cards.

Eddie T Folds Pocket Kings Preflop to Anh Do's Seven-Bet

Just before the break we witnessed a huge hand take place that didn't even see a flop.

It happened when a middle-position player opened for 1,200 and a gentleman, who would only give his name as "Eddie T", flatted from the button. Hoang Anh Do, who you may recall won the the Asia Pacific Poker Tour Cebu Main Event for PHP 5,927,000 in April of last year, then three-bet to 3,600 from the big blind, the original raiser flatter, and Eddie T four-bet to 10,000.

Not to be outdone, Anh Do five-bet to 22,000, the middle-position player folded, and Eddie T responded with a six-bet to 34,000. Anh Do, who had about 53,000 behind, thought for about four minute before moving all in for 75,000. It seemed a snap-call might follow, but instead Eddie T hit the tank. "Button versus big blind, this is sick," he said as he tried to talk through the hand.

By this time a crowd had gather around the table to watch the action. A call would cost Eddie T the vast majority of his remaining chips, but if he folded he was giving up about 40% of his stack. Eventually he settled on the latter, but not before showing {K-Clubs}{K-Spades}. The entire table was shocked Eddie T had folded, and neither they nor him would get any satisfaction as Anh Do sent his cards to the muck unseen.

Ace-High Good for Ivey

Phil Ivey

A player limped in from middle position, and the action folded to Phil Ivey, who raised to 2,800 from the big blind. The player called, and the dealer fanned {3-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{6-Spades}. Ivey quickly fired 3,500, and his opponent called.

The turn was the {6-Diamonds}, and Ivey slowed down, checking to his opponent. The player tossed out 4,000, and Ivey quickly called.

The {7-Clubs} completed the board, Ivey checked again, and the player bet 7,000. Ivey grabbed enough chips to make the call, held them momentarily, then committed them.

The player paused, then turned over {q-Spades}{4-Spades} for queen-high. Ivey tabled {a-Hearts}{10-Spades} for ace-high, and raked in the pot.
