Anthony Legg has scored another knockout. After elimination the legendary Phil Ivey last level, Legg has followed it up by eliminating another tough competitor in Andrew Chen.
It happened when Legg opened for 35,000 from the cutoff and a short-stacked Chen shoved all in for approximately 165,000 from the small blind. The big blind folded, Legg made the call, and the cards were flipped over.
Chen got it in good, but Legg was drawing to two live cards. Much to Chen's dismay, Legg paired one on the flop. The turn was a good card for Chen as he picked up an up-and-down straight draw, but he couldn't connect as the blanked on the river.
Chen takes home AU$55,000 for his 16th-place finish.
