Jesse McKenzie

Bryan Huang didn't hold on to those extra chips for too long after he doubled up Jessie McKenzie in a huge pot.

It's not clear when the chips went it but the final board rested as {10-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{5-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} and Huang's pocket kings had been obliterated by McKenzie's {j-Clubs}{j-Hearts} for flopped quads.

Tran Eliminated

Level 15 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

From under the gun, Michael Tran raised all in for 27,000. Ami Barer called from the next seat, and then action folded to Joel Douaglin on the button. Douaglin called, and everyone else folded.

The flop came down {J-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{4-Hearts}, and Barer bet 27,000 with Tran looking on as he was all in. Douaglin raised all in for over 100,000, and Barer quickly folded.

Douaglin held top set with the {J-Spades}{J-Clubs}, and Tran had the {A-Spades}{K-Clubs}.

The turn was the {2-Diamonds} to give Tran a draw to a wheel straight, but the {8-Spades} on the river left him with nothing but ace high. Douaglin won the pot, and Tran was eliminated just a handful of spots short of the money.

One would pray to find a hand like like pocket queens when short stacked and within two tables of making the money. You just pray no one wakes up with a monster behind.

Thomas Vo found {q-Hearts}{q-Spades} and went with it but Team PokerStars Asia Bryan Huang woke up with {a-Hearts}{a-Spades} behind him and made the call. The board ran {j-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{10-Spades} to send Vo on his way. Huang's just chillng on 420,000 as a result.

Karlic Flush with Chips Again

Level 15 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

Back to Day 3 business as usual for Gerald Karlic after he made a flush versus Isaac Lau and got paid.

They were heads up to the river and the board read {3-Spades}{10-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{3-Clubs}. Lau led out for 45,000 from under the gun and tank called a raise to 130,000 from Karlic, who opened {a-Spades}{6-Spades} for the nut flush.

Lau shook his head and looked at his cards before mucking to drop to 165,000.
