O'Dwyer:
Kurganov:
It was a bad spot for O'Dwyer, and the flop didn't do him any favors. The turn left him drawing dead, and his elimination became official when the was run out on the river for good measure.

The fell on the river and Kornuth moved 700,000 forward, more than enough to put Les to the decision for all of his chips. Les frowned, and put a couple of 25,000 chips in to indicate he was calling.
Kornuth instantly showed for the rivered set, giving Les the bad news. Les mucked but the dealer turned over his anyway.

While on the rail a girl was shouting on the top of her lungs because she was in some sort of big argument with someone, Kurganov took down a sizable pot when he flopped trips and got check raised on the turn. Kurganov called that check raise and Kornuth and Kurganov both checked the river in that pot. Kurganov took it down as Kornuth had nothing but a missed straight draw.
Not much later it was again Kurganov taking down a big pot. Igor Kurganov had three-bet a 100,000 open to 365,000 twice before, and did so for the third time just now. Chance Kornuth had folded almost instantly the last two times, but now announced to make it 870,000. Kurganov thought about it for a bit before announcing all in. Kornuth instantly folded.
