Del Vecchio Chips Up

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Over on the outer table, Mike Del Vecchio claimed a vital pot against Toby Lewis and that turned Stefan Huber into the shortest stack on the final table bubble.

Lewis raised to 90,000 and Del Vecchio defended his big blins. On the {Q-Spades}{J-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} flop, Del Vecchio checked and called a bet of 135,000 by Lewis. Both players checked the {3-Spades} turn and Del Vecchio also checked the {9-Hearts} on the river.

Lewis made it 200,000 to go and Del Vecchio gave it plenty of consideration before tossing in the chips for the call. Lewis turned over {K-Spades}{6-Clubs} for a bluff and Del Vecchio won the pot with {J-Clubs}{4-Clubs} for a pair of jacks.
