Billy The Croc makes a great lay-down!

With 4 players seeing the flop in a pot of $800, it gets checked round with the board reading {Q-Hearts} {K-Diamonds} {5-Hearts}

With the {8-Diamonds} on the turn, Billy The Croc in the BB bets pot. Tony Bloom folds and a player in late position raises pot to $3200. Billy asks how much he has left and it's $1025. Billy puts him on a set of K's and lays down bottom set saying he has no flush draw either. The player shows a set of 8's and Billy would have been in a lot of trouble if he had called. Billy now left with around $3900.

Kevin O'D reduces the field

The number drop to 43 now, a recent departure is Mick Manttan. Kevin O'Donnell dispatches two to the rail in one hand when his lowly top and bottom pair on the turn holds up against two competitors, all-in, including an early favorite for this event Sticky Micky Guttman.

Kristy gives advice

Kristy, third to speak, makes a standard raise preflop. It is folded to the big blind who cuts out the 400 to call . As he does so, Kristy engages in a conversation with Richard Ashby on her right. The topic - manicures. The chat continues as she flicks out 250 in chips after the flop comes three mid hearts. There isn't a call and she takes down a small pot all while giving this cuticle advice and to Mel Judah's amusement. .
