We only have a small field for today's event but it is full of talent. Each table is tough, but in particular table 27 looks particularly strong as it features the likes of Josh "JJProdigy" Field, Jim Sachinidis, Mick "The Hoon", Sam Khouiss and Julian Powell.

Joe Logozzo has the unfortunate honor of being our first elimination of the day. Logozzo held {A-Diamonds}{A-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} and the money went in on the turn against Nick Assiotis who held {K-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{7-Hearts}.

The board read {4-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} and Assiotis had made a straight to leave Logozzo in trouble. The {7-Clubs} gave Assiotis the pot as Logozzo declined the opportunity to rebuy.
