Baraba's Ace Good at Showdown

Level 18 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

With over 200,000 in the pot on a 9A6 flop, both Joshua Baraba from early position and Pankaj Gogia in the hijack checked to see the 3 hit the turn. Baraba checked again, then Gogia fired out 60,000. Baraba called.

A 6 completed the runout and both players knuckled the table where Baraba showed AJ for a pair of aces. Gogia couldn't beat that and mucked his hand, allowing Baraba to chip up to around 600,000.
