Bungener Calls Correctly
Level 16
: Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Peter Evans led out from under the gun on the 9♦5♦2♦J♥ turn, and Alex Bungener made the call on the button.
The dealer flipped over the 3♠ river, and Evans fired again for 40,000. Bungener took some time before making the call, turning over K♦J♣ for top pair.
That was enough to claim the pot, as Evans showed 7♣7♦ and watched the pot shipped to his right.
