Alessandro De Michele opened to 600,000 from middle position before calling a three-bet to 1,900,000 from Tereza Vernerova in the small blind.
Both players checked the J♠6♣6♥ flop. On the K♦ turn, Vernerova led out with a bet of 2,500,000.
De Michele took his time and used two time bank cards before eventually folding, allowing Vernerova to take down the pot.
