Alessandro De Michele made it 600,000 on the button, and both Ofer Tadmor in the small blind and Tereza Vernerova in the big blind got involved. Tadmor called before Vernerova raised to 2,200,000. Tadmor then folded before De Michele had acted, prompting an annoyed reaction from the Italian.
"You've ruined everything," De Michele said before making it 6,000,000. Vernerova responded by moving all in, and De Michele decided to call for his tournament life.
Alessandro De Michele: A♥J♦
Tereza Vernerova: K♦K♣
De Michele was in trouble against Vernerova's pocket kings. The 4♠J♥10♦ flop gave him a pair of jacks and some hope, but neither the 7♦ turn nor the 4♣ river changed anything.
Vernerova took another big pot to move her stack above 70,000,000, while De Michele headed to the payout desk in tenth place for €16,750.
