Two Pair Good for Bertini
Level 12
: Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
On a heads-up turn with the board reading 3♠6♠K♠A♣, Nadya Magnus led out for 27,000 into the pot of 55,000 and Adrian Bertoni made the call.
The two saw the river fall the 10♠ and Magnus checked over to Bertini who decided to check back and then he tabled A♥K♦ for top two pair. This was evidently good as Magnus held a brief hand funeral before sending her cards into the muck to award Bertini the pot.
