Kevin Berthelsen opened to 225,000 and then Nolan King moved all- in to his left for 1,125,000 and action folded to Mike Vanier.
Vanier paused for a moment before announcing that he was all in as well and the action shifted back to Berthelsen. After a few moments of pained deliberation, Berthelsen looked at his cards one last time before he tossed them into the muck.
