Liu Gets Some Back
Level 6
: Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
Xiaoqiong Liu opened to 1,800 from the cutoff, and Jason Ritchie three-bet to 5,200 on the button. Liu made the call.
Liu check-called a bet of 4,000 from her opponent on the 8♣6♠5♠ flop, bringing in the 9♥ on the turn.
Action went check-check, and the 7♦ river put a straight on the board. Liu placed in an overbet of 30,000, and Ritchie went very deep into the tank. After a good think, he eventually let his cards go.
