Vogdes Tanks
Level 13
: Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Blake Vogdes opened to 8,000 from late position. His only customer was John Pannucci in the big blind.
The 7♦Q♦5♣ flop saw Pannucci check over to his opponent, who fired out a continuation-bet of 6,500. Pannucci called to see the 8♥ turn.
Here, Pannucci opted to lead out, as he threw 21,000 into the middle. This sent Vogdes deep into the tank, and he took over two full minutes to come to a decision. Eventually, he let his cards go.
"Do you call a raise?" he asked his opponent after the hand.
