McDonald Hits the Over
Level 13
: Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Action folded to John McDonald in the small blind, who made it 12,000 to go. Big blind Casey Hatmaker then upped it to 24,000, and McDonald shoved his 87,000. Hatmaker snap-called.
John McDonald: K♥Q♣
Casey Hatmaker: Q♥Q♠
McDonald looked set to bust, until the 2♦K♣8♦ flop reduced his opponent to a single out. There was no lady for Hatmaker as the 8♠6♦ runout saw him left with less than crumbs.
