Blumstein Blocks
Level 15
: Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Lucas Bernui opened to 12,000 from late position, and Scott Blumstein opted to defend his big blind.
The 4♥9♣6♥ flop saw Blumstein check, and Bernui bet out for 16,000. Blumstein called, and the 3♣ peeled off on the river. Blumstein then check-called another bet of 42,000.
On the 5♦ river, Blumstein opted to lead out for 17,000, and was snapped off by Bernui. His A♠9♠ was good against the A♥K♠ of Blumstein.
