James Calderaro missed the first two hands of the day before taking his seat and immediately opened to 350,000 in middle position. The rest of the table folded. "Everyone sleeping or what? You guys are like zombies," he said.
Calderaro then raised to 350,000 under the gun a few hands later, but this time Nicholas Cassese moved all in for 1,625,000 on the button. Calderaro quickly called.
Nicholas Cassese: A♥J♥
James Calderaro: A♦10♦
"Keep it all red, make it interesting," Calderaro said as the flop came 5♥K♥4♦, giving Cassese a flush draw. Calderaro hit the 10♠ on the turn to take the lead, but Cassese spiked the J♣ on the river to earn the double up.
